Getting closer!

Got the navpole how I wanted... for the most part... and made some other changes. I can now switch out the site logo based on the category. Also, added all the category-specific css files based on the full set of categories. Also added the start of section index pages, and started specializing the page templates a little more. This was needed so that I can do things like make times new roman the default for paragraph tags on articles, but not on index pages.

Will probably trim down the list of categories since there are some ridiculously duplicative items in there.
